Levels of Service
As a new outworker with The Profit-Worker Agency we will start your business on Level 1. This level is considered the “Ground” level.
Level 1 - Ground
1. Dedicated phone system with fax – With our professional phone system, your small business will appear as a large enterprise
which is appealing to people who have never heard of your business before. With this phone system, callers are welcomed with your
business greeting and callers are giving 2 options from the main menu to select the appropriate designation.
Caller’s Options: Callers may call to learn more about your business or they may be ready to use your services. Caller’s options give
them the control to select the option for the purpose of their call.
• To hear more about our product/service press (assigned # key) – This option allow callers to hear your pre-recorded message
about your business.
• To speak to a customer service representative press 0 – When a caller choose to connect to a representative, they will be
encouraged to place a order of your product or service
Each outworker is assigned a local phone number with fax receivable capabilities. This phone number will be used on all
advertisement we create and distribute in representation of your business. Your customers will be able to fax you information
regarding their requested product/service. Faxes will be immediately transferred to your email or smart phone.
2. Marketing - At this level, your business will be marketed with the following method:
• Post Cards distribution – Our agency will design eye appealing post cards and flyers. 500 of these print ads will be distributed
in residential residents and high traffic public places weekly.
3. Maintenance - Potential customers will receive high customer service representing your business through our call center.
• Your dedicated phone system will receive calls as a result of the distributed print ads and all calls are handled by a DeléComm
(a professional answering service beginning May 31, 2010) customer service representative. Callers can request your product or
service after which our agency will send you the work.
Level 2 - Sky
After 2 consecutive months (60 days) of approved service, your business will move to this level of service with The Profit-Worker
Agency. This level is considered the “SKY” level. Your business will receive all of Level 1 dealings plus:
• A website with email – The Profit-Worker Agency will design a professional 4 page website representing your business.
Websites are optimized for maximum exposure. Your business will be assigned 3 email addresses associated with your website.
• Advertising –With this level, an additional 500 weekly print ads will be distributed, a total of 1000 print ads weekly.
• Radio Ad – Two (15 seconds) radio commercials about your company service will run on a station that caters to your particular
product/service weekly.
Level 3 – Star
Star level is the top level of service provided by The Profit-Worker Agency for contract workers. Outworkers must prove to be worthy
of this level through high quality of products/service, professional ethics and 100% reliable. Star Outworkers are our top priority. This
level reflects excellent and is awarded the same.
The Star level of service receives level 1 & 2 benefits and:
• Full phone system capabilities – Additional features that differ from other levels are more options from the phone system main
menu. Callers have more options to choose from including: dialing extensions to reach a particular person in which the caller will
automatically be transferred to this person mobile phone (unlimited extensions), Q & A session for after hour request, automatic
location direction, more control of multi phone options, and free toll-free number (optional)
• Separate fax number – Receive your faxes with your dedicated fax number. Receive faxes on your smart phone or email
address
Full answering service by DeléComm – Answering Service - You will be able to use your phone system to for all of your company’s
dealings. When you receive a call outside customer’s service requests, we take your caller’s message and transfer the call to you or
take the message and text it to you.
• Awardable customer service, schedule appointments, take messages, mail customers (reminders, notices, application, thank

• Increase advertising – 5 -10 weekly radio commercials
• Direct Mail Outs – 1000-5000 post card mailings (weekly)
• Flyer Distributon – 1000 – 5000 flyers and postcards distributions (weekly)

• Marketing – Press release, public announcements, appearances in representation of your business
• Full Website Optimization – Paid website placement on major search engines and daily updates for maximum recognition
