This electronic agreement is a valid contract between the owner(s) of the business related to the application
attached. To keep matters simple, the applicant is referred to as the Outworker. This reference is not to
claim a legal title until the owner(s) have completed the qualification process, agree to this "Terms &
Agreement" contract, along with a hard copy of this contract and is finalized and approved to become a "legal
Outworker". This electronic agreement is for the understanding and consideration:
Description of work & associated commission
1. The Profit-Workers Agency attracts new customers through many marketing methods in efforts to increase
sales of services and products to small business that we assign “Outworkers” for little or no money directly
paid from the Outworker.
2. We refer our generated customers to qualified Outworkers who are professionals in the field of the
particular product or service of the customer’s request. Our agency bill the customers an additional
percentage plus the Outworker’s rate for the product or service in which they received and are satisfied. This
percentage is set by our agency depending on many factors to established the proper rates with-in
competitive range. To prevent over charging customers to off-set our percentage, the Outworker agree to
reduce rates exclusively to our agency.
3. Our generated customers are requested to pay the total amount of the invoice (receipt) in which our
agency provide. The finals cost is controlled and calculated by the Profit-Workers Agency. Once payment is
paid in full, payment is then made to the Ourtworker who performed and completed the customer's request.
4. Should the Outworker receive a payment from our generated customers, the Outworker should contact our
agency for a final cost before quoted any rates to the paying customer. Once payment is received, the
Outworker agrees to remit payment agreed upon to the agency immediately.
5. Outworkers shall furnish all materials and perform all of the work as assigned by Profit-Workers Agency.
Pertaining to this “Agreement”, the new Outworker who acknowledge and agree with this “Agreement” should
perform the following brand of service:

Disclaimer
1. The named Outworker agrees to provide proper security such as insurance to protect their business from
legal actions. As part of this mandatory security, the Outworker will be responsible for any claims or legal
actions against its business and any association through and/or as part of our agency. The Outworker and
its affiliates agree to hold The Profit-Workers Agency and its agents harmless of any disputes, law suites or
any other legal matters relating to the Outworker business concerns. The Profit-Worker shall not reliable for
any damages in regards to the Outworkers product or service performance.
Performance
2. Outworkers contracted by The Profit-Worker Agency agree to provide quality products and/or services to
generated customers. Outworkers must retain professional and reliable work ethics in a timely manner.
Outworkers must provide a description and updates of their product/service to our agency.
3.The Profit-Worker Agency reserves the rights to discontinue business relation with the Outworker at any
time. Should the Outworker decide to discontinue using our agency; a 30 day advance notice is required.
Before separation, Outworker agrees to complete outstanding jobs.
Customer Relation
1. All customers who are referred to Outworker by our agency are the customers of Profit-Workers. The
Outworker agrees not to perform new services, change customer’s rates or agreement without the knowledge
and consent of this agency.
2. Outworkers cannot give our customers direct contact information for any business purposes and agrees
not to perform any services to these customers in reference to business up to 1 year after the Outworker has
discontinue its involvement with The Profit-Worker Agency.
3. Each Outworker is given a phone number through The Profit-Worker Agency, this is the only contact
information that Outworkers are permitted to distribute to our generated customers.
Professional Conduct
If a disagreement arises by the customer and the Outworker, The Profit-Worker Agency shall act as a
mediator to resolve the situation at best. The Outworker agrees to abide by the final decision in favor of
either party. The Outworker understands that they equally represent our agency and its affiliates “Service
Pal, DeléComm, By Unity”. Proper professional behavior is required in all situations including refraining from
verbal and physical misconduct.
Contract Price
A list of product and/or services should be submitted along with the total cost of each description. The Profit-
Worker will use this list to set a separate cost per unit with our commission included. Outworkers are required
to reduce or set a discount (wholesale) rate of their produce/service in submission to The Profit-Worker
Agency. This requirement is necessary to reflect competitive rates after our agency commission.
Progress Payments
Our Agency accepts major credit card payments and personal checks. Depending on the customer’s
payment, The Profit-Workers Agency may redeem your payment by cash or company check. Payments of
Contract Price shall be made as follows: Due upon receipt of customer’s payment in full.
