Our Mission
The Profit-Worker Agency carefully selects small businesses (outworkers) who provides marketable products/services and
who delivers with profession and dependability. We're focused on providing important elements to our selected vendors
with the business's overall projection of a successful operation. An important factor of our agency is to connect to the
public with quality products and services in significance to their needs provided by our Outworkers.
What We Do
We qualify potential Outworkers by evaluating the overall value of their business and ethics. We select only 10 qualified
Outworkers every 4 months. Many potentials are qualified, yet only 10 are accepted quarterly.
Each selected Outworker is assigned a professional business agent(s) who then help build your business a with a
foundation of trust and awareness to the public. Our agents acts as a sale representative for your company among other
responsibilities. As a qualified and selected Outworker with The Profit-Worker Agency, your business is immediately
recognized as a true Trusted Vendor to our partnering company The Service Pal Network.
New Outworker's Start-Up
Outworkers are provided with a dedicated phone number with PBX and fax capabilities. This number is provided by the
agency and is used on all advertisement we distribute. This protocal is our ability to graph our campaign effects and
manage new generated customers through our marketing efforts. We also use this method of communication to customer
satisfaction with customer service support.
Sales & Customer Service
We generate new customers through many methods of advertising and promotions. As potential customers inquire about a
particular product or service offered by a business in our network (outworkers), we service the needs of the inquirer
through supportive customer service.
How Do We Get Paid
Once the customer is committed, this customer is now considered a referral. A Profit-Worker agent will contact you (the
Outworker) to provide the product/service at the referred customer’s request. After each successful transaction, you are
immediately paid a profit for your work.
Our agency is funded by making a profit per sale "PPS" in order to proper conduct the PPS, Outworkers should construct a
margin allowing us to make a PPS without overcharging the customer. We usually bill the referred customer and collect
payment. When the payment is paid in full, we send the payment (minus our fees) to the Outworker who completed the job.

There are many benefits available to your small business when associated with our agency. If you prove your business to
be reliable, trustworthy, affordable and professional you move up and increase your services with our agency. We have 3
levels of service: Level 1- Ground Level 2 - Sky Level 3 - Star. All outworkers start on the ground level and work
themselves up.
