Agreement
We have the right to refuse any account application. You agree to allow
YoungLine Service and/or Young's Mobile Tire Shop to perform work on your
equipment due for service and/or repairs. You and your company agree that we
shall receive payment on all work that we perform in a timely matter. If any
situation occur that you are dissatisfied with us, you agree to handle the
situation in a professional manner and correspond with us until the situation is
resolved. If a problem is not resolve in the satisfaction of Young's Mobile Tire
Shop/YoungLine Services, legal actions may result. Should this occur and you
are found at fault, you agree to compensate our legal defense team full payment
for the services they provided us due to your particular case. You must agree to
pay for parts installed and/or labor used to repair or service your equipment.  
Payments are due on the 30th day after service is rendered. A 10 - 20% late
payment fee will apply to your account for every 30 days of late payment.
Payments over 90 days will be turned over to our legal department and
additional fees may apply. Please note that invoices may or may not contain
your driver's or an authorized person's signature for various reasons. An
absent driver's or an authorized signature does not mean the invoice is invalid.
All invoices will have an authorized person, however, a signature is not
required.
You must agree to these terms to establish an account with Young's Mobile
Tire Shop/YoungLine Services.  If you agree, check the appropriate box on your
